HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You have to notify us within 24 hours after receiving the Products from the delivery man. Return can be occurred in two stages:
At the time of delivery.
After receiving a delivery and if the product delivered is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’. You can exchange/return it within 7 days and we will solve your issue within next 7 working days (Outside Dhaka 10 days)
HOW LONG UNTIL MY RETURN IS PROCESSED?

We assure you that all Products sold on ababyl.com are brand new. In case the Products you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, you can exchange/return it within 7 days and we will solve your issue within next 7 working days (Outside Dhaka 10 days), after receiving your notification. You can have Refund as well.

After return if you want your money back.
If a different Product is delivered to you.
If you changes mind & can cancel booking before the Products is already shipped
If you don’t want replacement.
If you pay us by using card then we will request a refund in bank which will take 3-5 working days. Most refunds are fully refunded in 10-15 days after we receive the return package.(Credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)– If you pay us by any mobile wallet (i.e. bKash, Rocket), then your money will be refunded in same account within 5-7 working days.

Unfortunately once your order has been placed and confirmed we are unable to amend.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED ?
After a confirmation Call/SMS, the product is handed over to the courier within 48 hours.

I HAVE SEEN A PRODUCT BUT ITS NOT IN STOCK ANY MORE. WHY?
Physically product is not available at stock.
